Gail's Artisan Bakery - HOUNSLOW

Visited on a busy Friday afternoon. Coffee lovely , cinnamon bun beautiful Toilets filthy and tables could do with a wipe. Maybe it was because it was busy but hygiene needs to go further than a bottle of sanitiser on the counter

I have started to buy a bread from this backery as I have bought one sourdough the other day at it was delish! Bread keep fresh for at least two days and is still good after another 3. Staff friendly but on a few occasions shop can get crazy busy

Came here Monday this week and had to wait and wait and wait for food order, undelivered after >30 minutes. Had to leave without it restaurant not even very busy. Kitchen staff visibly in conversation much of the time, not really bothered with getting the orders out. Gail’s Chiswick dysfunctional and not well managed, best avoided.

Top product and fantastic service.Camt rate enough. 3d visit I got really shocked that they remembered me from last time I was there.Well done to the team and the manager

The Good: The service is always great! The Bad: None. The Good to Know: Due to it's popularity, sometimes it can get busy and somethings can sell out (like anywhere else). Top Tip: Try the carrot cake, it is amazing!
