Wendy's - Houma

I used the drive-thru and they had run out of fries, but they suggested an alternative that turned out to be even better. It was quite busy, but the staff maintained a positive attitude and stayed focused on the customers. They still have the $5.00 combo, which made my day! I will definitely return to this place.

The experience could have been better, but everything was overly salty. Additionally, while drinks were available, they felt quite overpriced.

I typically try to highlight the positives, but my recent experience wasn't great. The sandwiches were decent, but the environment was quite chaotic. About 90% of the beverage options were available on a self-service machine, but 75% were behind the counter. The register was malfunctioning and unprepared for orders. Additionally, the staff member at the counter was somewhat rude. While I appreciate the quick service, it seems like the overall work culture needs to be more aligned with providing good customer service.

Eating is usually difficult from sitting under the heat lamp, they are happy to catch the dining room open (when they say it is open), and they are really not friendly or nice people, especially if someone already has a bad day, they make all the others feel it too

We stopped here on the way back from Cocodrie and it was not worth going out of our way. It looks SO nice inside, all newly renovated. I should have known to go elsewhere when there was not another soul in the restaurant and one car in drive-thru on a Sunday. They basically argued over who had to take my order when the manager came out the back. She didn't so much as say hi, can I help you , what would you like to order, nothing. Like she literally just stood there and looked at me. I placed my order and go out to my car and start divying up the food and I'm missing stuff. My dad said to go back in, but it was the last thing in the world I wanted to do so I just went without. Nothing was hot, just lukewarm. We passed a McDonald's, Burger King, and a Popeyes to go here. We definitely won't make that mistake again.
