Wendy's - Houma

Worst experience !!! This wendys is by far the worst in the area the workers and managers are rude. I was over charged and half of my food was missing when I requested a refund and showed the woman my bag she snatched it out of hands and told me to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy almost dropped all of my refund on the ground because she was so rude . Very unprofessional They need to be shut down !!

Very rude employee. When I asked for her name she told me to look on the receipt. She then told me she was going to refund my money because she has the right to refuse service to anyone. When I told her I was calling management she refused to give me my drink and threw it in the garbage. She then proceed to take out her cell phone and said she was calling her manager to report me. For what, I don't know. She finally gave me the food that I paid for but forgot that she threw away my drink. When I just sat in the drive through window she ask what I was waiting for. I told her my drink and she rolled her eyes then proceeded to fix another one for me. When I got home both sandwiches had mayo on them when I asked for no mayo.... Looking at the ratings on Yelp for this store it is obivous that the upper management doesn't care.. I will not be going back here..

The manager on duty was extremely rude, didn't want to take my order, had an attitude. Very unprofessional unpleasant and horrible experience. I will never being going back to this location.

I always go to Wendy's at night mostly. Well this particular night I waited at the mic for about 7 minutes then pull up to get my favorite nuggets and fries. Little be hold the nuggets was a tab warm and those darn fries was stale as he'll. I wanted to turn around and go back but I didn't because I was to tired. So I ate about 4 nuggets and the rest went to the garbage alone with the fries. So now when I go I will order fresh food.

We had a crew of people coming to eat and no one could eat because they couldn’t even break a 20.00 dollar bill . They had no change to give customers, so we walked out and went somewhere else.
