Pop's Cajun Cafe - Houma

Ashley and Crystal are fantastic servers who create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is always delicious, and Chuck, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. I only wish I could visit more often than I currently do.

Forget the other cafes and seafood spots in Houma—Pop's serves the best, freshest, and most locally-sourced food in town. Every dish is made to order with high-quality, local ingredients. They have the best oysters in the city, featuring fresh local varieties, and their shrimp po'boy is equally outstanding. If you're unsure what to order during the week, they offer a daily lunch special with fresh creations. The hamburger combo is also excellent and available every day. This place is a hidden gem in Houma that deserves more recognition. I assure you, the food is incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, guaranteeing you won’t be disappointed. Give it a try—you won’t regret it! I rate it 5 out of 5!

We ordered the burger and the roast beef po' boy. The burger was above average—juicy and full of real burger flavor. The roast beef po' boy was the best I've had in the Houma area! Unlike at many places, it wasn't overloaded with dry seasoning; the taste was spot-on. Everything tasted fresh. A fantastic local restaurant!

Was working out of town for over a month. This was our to go spot to get lunch. And, let me tell you... food, service, people were awesome. Daily specials and everything on the menu was delicious. Comfort food. My personal fav, roast beef po boy with grilled onions. Get it, you won't be disappointed (and leave hungry, its huge). Give this place a chance, try daily specials, you can't go wrong with them
