Cc's Coffee House - Houma

Second time this week I went to CC’s CC's Coffee House of Houma on Tunnel Blvd and have literally waited 35 minutes with only one car in front of me. The girl working the window today was leaning out of it chit chatting with whoever was in the car laughing and joking. Like people do have a job to get to!!! Horrible Customer Service!! Got my order wrong and when I went to correct the girl (name on receipt is Lucy) she yelled at me and slammed the window in my face. After I spent over $25 and didn’t get 2 items I ordered!!! I will never go back!!!! Starbucks or Sweet Envy is faster and better customer service!!!

UPDATED REVIEW THIS PLACE SAYS 6AM OPEN SIGN SAID OPEN NOW TELL ME WHY I WALKED FROM WORK AT 6:15AM AND THE DOORS ARE LOCKED THEY KNEW I TRIED OPENEING THE DOOR AND THEY WAS TALKING AND LAUGHING INSIDE BAD BUISNESS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Staff is friendly, coffee shop is clean. Only thing odd is the free WiFi is password protected, the password is long and written on a piece of paper at where you order. So you awkwardly have to rush entering the password on your phone after placing your order but while you hold up anyone in line behind you.

Love this location because they are hard working, friendly and my drink always tastes amazing!

Recently switched from an avid Starbucks lover to CC’s and I am so glad I did! The pumpkin pie latter and peppermint bark lattes are out of this world! They are so flavorful, and it’s like I’m actually eating a piece of pie or bark! Anyway, the staff is so kind, professional and learned my orders quick haha! I also recommend bringing your pup! I bring mine and they love the special treat (whipped cream) I get them. Definitely now a true CC’s coffee lover!
