Cafe de la Paroisse - Houdan

We started just calling in for coffee in both morning and afternoon. Our faces were soon recognised and some conversation ensued. Eventually we determined that the Paroisse served food at lunch time so we gave it a try. We enjoyed thoroughly French fare served quickly and it looked good in the plate. It tasted good on the tongue. My wife had a large tuna and vegetables and a café gourmand. This was as big as a normal desert and an unctuous chocolate sauce. I went with a salad of magret, gésiers and rôti de porc, under which was a bed of chips. We planned to go the following Monday, but it was another restaurant that was closed on Mondays.

Establishment well located on the square of the church when it is beautiful and warm it is very pleasant to drink a drink on the terrace staff is very friendly.

At the beginning of autumn, it is well inside the cafe of the parish that we find the warm atmosphere that lacked in the court of the church.
