Votanitas La Moreliana - Hot Springs

This is definitely the best "hole in the wall" Mexican restaurant in all of Hot Springs. Having moved here from Omaha, where there’s a vibrant Little Mexico in South Omaha, I have enjoyed some truly authentic Mexican cuisine (and let me stress, it's NOT Tex-Mex) that is quite unique. This restaurant brings back the genuine Mexican food that I really miss about Omaha. Every dish I’ve had has consistently been fresh and of high quality. Their prices are the most reasonable in Hot Springs, and you probably won’t find a better place for authentic Mexican cuisine. They also offer a great selection of Mexican snacks and ice cream. Give them a try, and I promise you’ll love this place as much as my family and I do!

Having lived in Arizona and Nevada, I can say without a doubt that this place serves the absolute best tacos around! The tacos are not only delicious but also authentically made. They generously pile on the protein, and the tortillas are fantastic. You can customize your order with freshly made cilantro and onions, plus you get grilled onions and jalapeños straight off the grill. The prices are great, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The menu is extensive, complete with pictures, and includes a delightful array of seasonal items and treats. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

This restaurant is not Tex-Mex, which appears to be what Jeff, the reviewer, anticipated. Instead, it offers AUTHENTIC Mexican cuisine at some of the most competitive prices I've come across in the state. Most menu items are priced under $5, and the portion sizes are outstanding for the cost. While they do source their food from a food truck in the back, I don't understand how that impacts the quality of the meal. This restaurant is truly underrated.

Traveling through AR for work and came across a review of the tacqueria in a local 'happenings ' publication in Little Rock. Absolutely great, coming from someone that has lived off of Mexican food in the desert SW for the last 40 years. I 'd have to drive five or six hours from Colorado to find anything comparable to this. Tacos are small but perfect, burritos are huge, everything is cheap, and the homemade salsas are exquisite (y picante). Wish they were a thousand miles closer to me.

The best place in town for authentic street tacos and burritos. This is the only place I will go to get tacos. Best flavor, kindest employees.
