Smokey Mountain Diner - Hot Springs

The staff is extremely friendly and despite their busy pace, they are quick with service. The food is outstanding—definitely the best pancakes we've ever had!

This restaurant is the coolest! It's themed around the Appalachian Trail, and I can't recommend it enough. The breakfast skillets are fantastic, and the cheeseburger club is simply amazing!
