Blue Springs Grill - Hot Springs

To conclude our evening, we shared a chocolate lava cake with ice cream, which made for a perfect sweet ending to our lovely meal. The total for everything came to under $60 for two, making it an excellent value. The drive to Blue Springs Grill was definitely worth it—highly recommend giving it a try!

I believe this was the best steak I’ve ever had. It was cooked perfectly medium rare, and every bite was seasoned just right. The asparagus was tender and also well-seasoned. I didn’t need to add any salt or pepper because the chef had done an amazing job with the seasoning. I'm genuinely impressed with this restaurant.

The food and service are absolutely outstanding—definitely worthy of five stars! Our server, Ellen Bernsten, was amazing. My filet was the best I’ve ever tasted; it was so tender I could cut it with a fork. All the other dishes were just as unique and delicious. I do have one suggestion: it would be great to dim the lights in the evening. Right now, the atmosphere feels a bit like an operating theater! If you were to move this restaurant to Midtown or the Galleria in Houston and increase your prices threefold while enhancing the ambiance, I can guarantee there would be a line out the door waiting to get in. Five stars all the way!

THE best sirloin steak I have had, hands down. I could cut it with my fork! AND, the peach cobbler with ice cream was so delicious. It was well worth the drive.

This restaurant being close to home was absolutely wonderful. Dining experience was the best from the time we walked in the door til we got ready to leave. We had the Chicken Fried Steak and the Pork Porterhouse. Great food. Awesome wait staff. Best service we have ever had at a restaurant. We will go back. Thanks to Bill and the staff
