A&w - Hot Springs

I was disappointed with the burger that I purchased on 12-1-2021. I showed my burger bun to the worker at the register and told her it was burned. She called the worker at the grill who said he couldn't do anything about it because he couldn't change the toaster settings. I told them if it wasn't any good I wouldn't be back. When my back was turned one was heard laughing. Afterwards the guys who apparently did the cooking went to a lady working on a computer at one of the tables. I assume they told her what happened because they looked my way. And I assume she was a manager because whenever there wasn't a customer the guys were standing at her table talking to her. I'm giving it a one because zero is not an option.

Been wanted A&W root beer float for a long time from the actual restaurant. It was refreshing and delicious on a hot day. We don't have one in my city. I bought the A&W mug to make my own back home. I was not impressed though with the burger and nothing spectacular about it. I didn't even finish eating after two bites. I was expecting the burger and fries to be much better and not poorly taste from a well known company as A&W. This is a tourist spot for sure. 5 stars for the root beer float/ mug and 1 less star for the burger and fries.

I am a little surprised that the reviews were not better than this. We had some good staff that helped us and were really friendly as well. Food was hot and precisely to order (I have kids with rather particular requests for how their hamburgers are arranged). Restaurant was clean...

A great addition to the town! Definitely a bit of a wait for service, but nothing out of the ordinary for a new restaurant location. The food was hot and fresh and the few employees we interacted with were friendly and smiling. Definitely looking forward to when they have the indoor dining open to be able to get a frosted mug of root beer.

We went to A&W 11:20am on 1.2.2022 We waited 30 mins for cold fries. The cashier had disgusting long nails that she struggled with to count the money and open the window. After finally getting our food we were told the ice cream wasn't frozen yet and were substituted a regular root beer, without being refunded the cash difference. They didn't even fill the cups all the way. Disappointed :
