Colonial Pancake Waffle House

We often eat here when we are in Hot Springs. We like it much better than the place down the road. The wait is a testament to the good food and charming atmosphere. Plus, it gives me a chance to go in to Tillman's across the street. We recommend The Colonial.

Filling Breakfast. We were seated right away and got our food very quick. The pancakes were thick and delicious, very filling. The cajun omelette was unique, huge and very tasty. They did not skimp out on the meat and toppings. Also had an excellent hot sauce selection. Very nice breakfast spot, would definitely return.

Met some local folks here for breakfast upon their recommendation. Food was good. Service was good too.<br/ <br/ Had the Mushroom and Swiss Omelet mostly because I don't see one every day. It was good. It came with toast and Jelly.<br/ <br/ Others ordered the Kids Deal one pancake, scrambled egg, and two pieces of bacon. Everyone liked theirs even though each was a seasoned adult.<br/ <br/ You need to make a visit to the restroom. It is thru the entire length of the kitchen. Nice clean kitchen area but it is pretty amazing that the can get all that stuff and the people to work it into that tiny space.

Adult pancake and adult waffle meals were delicious. Service was great. Perfect breakfast. Don't be surprised when you walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom. Just keep going and try not to grab a hot biscuit fresh from the oven.

Awesome breakfast!!. Such a cozy little place to eat! My family and I love to go there. It's very Family friendly. The breakfast is hot and delicious every time we go! The bacon will take you to another place of heaven in your mouth. The Owners are so down to earth and very very sweet! Can not say enough good things about this place!!
