Ai Sushi Grill - Hot Springs

After living in Japan for many years, it was hard to find truly authentic Japanese food in the Midwest. However, during our vacation in the area, we stumbled upon this restaurant and ended up coming back every day because the food was so delicious. The sushi and Tonkatsu Ramen were outstanding, and we had a fantastic dining experience overall. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely revisit this restaurant. They were also very accommodating and friendly towards children.

Great sushi, drinks, and fried wontons. Friendly service too. One thing to note, online says they are open till 9 o'clock on Sunday but we got there at 8:25pm and they told us they were closed. We had to come back the next night.

My wife and I make a point of visiting here every time we pass through. While it has been outstanding every time.This time, however, our server was the best we've ever had there. If we could have afforded to tip her a Benjamin, we absolutely would have (we work retail). Whatever the case, Heather was extremely capable, personable, and an outright joy to be around. The other waitresses were also quite nice, and we enjoyed chatting with them as they worked as well.We ate quite a lot of food, all of which was outstanding, let my wife get toasted as I had the plum wine (my favorite), and watched as the staff handled a heat injury like professionals.All in all, we would highly recommend going here if you're in the area.P.S. Give Heather 10 more dollars an hour, the woman is earning it and more.

East Coast transplant so happy to find good sushi and drinks at an excellent price

The sushi at this restaurant is surprisingly good considering its location far from the coast. I would suggest avoiding the crab mix, but the Philly and aloha rolls were definitely winners.
