Was so hyped for an Asiago bagel and quickly disappointed. It tasted bland and had the consistency of plain white bread. Not chewy like a good bagel.
This store customer service and food is horrible. I order two green smoothies and breakfast for my family this morning at 10.20am. They made my smoothie with chucks of ice in it and the food looks like they slapped it around. They didn't acknowledge my complaint and keep on with other business. HORRIBLE
Once again we had a horrible experience with the Camp Hill Panera. We ordered delivery for dinner. We were reluctant to do so because our take experience last time was horrible. I am still waiting on my refund from customer service. However we gave it another chance and ordered for delivery. The order arrives, the driver was very pleasant. We begin to eat. My boyfriend bites his sandwich and once again it’s wrong. He ordered a grilled cheese with bacon ham and extra cheese. All of which we were charged for. The ham and extra cheese were missing. I look at my soup I ordered cream of chicken wild rice. I got what I think was chicken noodle. We are furious we get in the car, drive all the way there, and wait in line for 10 minutes. It’s our turn and I explained what happened to the cashier. I tell her I want the whole order re-made because, now the 2 items that were correct are now cold. The cashier examined the food then goes to the manger. She comes back again and asks if I’m sure I want the whole order re-made, because now they have to throw the food out. She was nice but the manger should have been talking to us. The manger should have talked to us and apologized. We should have been offered our money back! We wait for our food. The delivery driver comes and apologizes and offers us a baked good saying that was the most she can do. Still no manger. We finally get the food. The bag is missing chips, 2 baguettes, and utensils. We go tell the delivery driver. She tells the manger who angrily throws a 12in uncut piece of bread to the driver to shove in the bag. So rude and disrespectful. How embarrassing for a manger to behave that way. We get home and surprise surprise now the sandwich is missing the bacon! This is just shameful. I’ve worked in restaurant management for over 15 years. I can’t believe this sort of lack of care for the customer is tolerated. I will never be back to this location! I want my money back! I’m sure management won’t reach out to me. They couldn’t even walk 6 feet around the counter to apologize! What a disgrace!!
If you order to go or delivery, you will not get everything you paid for. Buyer beware. I have purchased the same thing multiple times as an online order and it never comes like it's supposed to. So convenient that I'm not in the cafe to get the BACON that is comes on my salad. I will never order to go or delivery from this cafe again.
