Olde Horsham Family Restaurant

We have visited this restaurant a few times now and have found the food to be average. The service is outdated and it seems like they don't really care about the customers. During our last visit on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm, we were the only customers in the restaurant. We were told abruptly to order quickly as they were closing at 8:00 pm. We were disappointed to see a loud birthday function with over 100 guests, which turned us off. It seems like the restaurant could benefit from new ownership, perhaps targeting younger couples. The place feels run down and sad, and could use some love and attention. Surprisingly, it is still in business.

We have been frequenting this restaurant for two decades and it continues to improve each time we visit. The food is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the artwork displayed is exceptional. Personally, the highlight for me is the lamb dishes.

If you want to eat a real restaurant, this is the place in horsham. unpredictable and a surprising jewel hidden from the A8 direction south. if they want Australians, art, crafts and quirky, this is the place when they have a friendly family business. a host who has a fantastic dry feeling of humor, this is the place. If you want to feel welcome, this is the place.

I thoroughly enjoyed dining at this restaurant where the ambiance is lovely. The decor is visually stimulating and the food was fantastic. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly.

This would go down as the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to eat in. Overpriced and very poorly executed food and service. A MR steak was cooked MW, a filet mignon came as strips of beef, not as one piece, and not...cooked MR as requested, it again was cooked MW with no sign of any juice in the meat at all. When I paid the excessive bill, and commented about our Dining experience, and questioned the ability of the Chef to cook a steak correctly, I was told that he was the 'owners son ', as if that was meant to make me feel better about being ripped off. This place is poor, overpriced with poor service and food. Do not waste your time and money going there.
