The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, which is great. However, the prices are a bit high. The staff and the food were both excellent. The cafe is clean and spacious. Kids will enjoy the crayons provided on the tables and being able to write on the paper covering the tables, which is a great concept.

During a trip from Victoria to Adelaide, I stopped at an early restaurant in Horsham and was blown away by the amazing food and beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend this gem for anyone passing through the area. The service was also top-notch.

From the moment we walked in, we could feel the atmosphere of the place. I should have followed my instincts and left with my friend immediately. We entered and waited in this empty space without being acknowledged. A woman who arrived after us was served before us, even though she should have joined the line behind us. As we waited and no one else was wearing masks, except for the staff and a woman in front of us, we asked a worker if we could find a table to sit at. She told us we needed to ask the woman at the cash register. By her side, I noticed a man who seemed too small to speak up for us. He rudely pointed out that we needed to wear masks, despite no one else in the place wearing them. When we questioned the necessity since no one else was wearing a mask, he insisted we had to wear one while waiting. We decided to leave and told him he could keep his food. The level of service at this cafe is deplorable. It's no surprise that some of the employees appeared robotic and lifeless as they moved around the establishment. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff need to work on their customer service skills and show some respect. They were completely out of line and inappropriate.

They provided a nice light lunch at a reasonable price, which we enjoyed while sitting in the sun in the street seating area
