Rita's Italian Ice - Horseheads

This is, hands down, the best place in the Elmira-Horseheads area for ice and Italian ice, actually it is the best place to get ice, time! I have tried the Custard, a Mixini and a Gelati so far, and I love them all! I find myself to Rita's every week just to taste the latest taste of ice, there are so many great flavors to try, oh, and the staff are always very nice and helpful!

Best customer service! It seems to me a good ice cream / Italian ice rink for the area! Recommended for anyone looking for a treat!

I’m the hood. Cash only and the serving size isn’t exact to the posted size chart that they claim but... it’s worth the money and risk of being being mugged for some great eating. Lock your doors and if you’re with your girl. Have her wait in the car and order for her as random men will hit on her and not order anything.
