Contribuiți la feedbackWent there to pick up some donuts with my wife on Friday 4/26/24 at around 10:00 pm and had the worst Krispy Kreme experience ever. The cashier was extremely slow serving a woman in front of us. When it was finally our turn to order she was extremely rude and condescending, acting as if she was mad at the world and as if we were criminals. We ordered a dozen assorted donuts for $16.49 and for no reason she charged us and extra 80 cents on top of the tax. My wife paid by credit card and while the card was being processed she walked away. My wife removed the card when prompted to do so by the machine and she comes back and rudely and loudly said “you’re not done yet”, as if we’re there to steal donuts. Then when she noticed that the credit card was in fact processed she didn’t even have the decency to apologize or acknowledge she made a mistake. This woman has absolutely no customer service or people skills and should never be allowed to deal with customers. Why does this place hire such low lives I have no idea. Stay away as far as you can!
What can I say about this place, my sweet tooth took over. Love Krispy
Horrible experience at the 100 South King 's Highway store. Ordered online. Received confirmation. Pickup time set. Arrived, and zero acknowledgment of order. Looked it up, mumbled oh well 1 hour till we can make glazed doughnuts.. our most popular item. Waited 30 minutes. Watched them turn away 6 customers. Inquired about my order.. told, I would have to cancel order.. and reorder someplace else. And oh, still 1 hour to make glazed doughnuts. Left store, reordered from store 2 miles down the road. By the time I got there, order ready to carry out. 1806 North Highway store operates properly. 100 South store is a failure.
Donuts were hot and fresh. Most of the other donuts were out. The workers seemed to be aggravated, waiting on customers. There were 4 people standing in line, and it took over 30 minutes to be waited on. I don't have an issue waiting, but the customer service could have been a lot better! I don't like seeing employees speaking to customers the way they did.
Fresh hot donut sign was on and got a dozen regular. Plus our free one when we asked because the sign was on .
