Dave Buster's Myrtle Beach - Horry

Our service was just terrible. The waitress never smiled, didn’t greet us, and didn’t us her name. She forgot drinks, brought the wrong sizes, etc. It took us nearly 15 minutes to the our bill after asking for it. I went to find a manager to hurry the process as we were there for my child’s birthday dinner and she was ready to play games. Nothing was hurried even after speaking to someone. She came back eventually, again with zero emotion. There was no thank you or anything after we paid. While playing games, I walked up to the bar to order a drink to walk around with. J was ignored the every server and then a man who walked up after me was served first. The bar tender, again, was not the friendliest. It was just not a fun, happy experience like we had hoped.

We always had fun here every time we visit MB. Never had any problems. Staff and service was wonderful. A lot of happy kids and adults. Idk why people complain about the wait time when you are going during busy hours. Things happen. It's MB. Keep up the good work.

Mo was so helpful and kind! She gave 110% tonight and I'll definitely be coming back! Great service and great food!Dietary restrictions: I had a gluten free bun and there are plenty of other gluten free options on their menu.

Family friendly and fun-filled time. The appetizers were great. Don't order the salmon entree, it leaves much to be desired. Overall good staff and lots of games. Enjoyable time.
