Mcdonald’s - Horley

We visited the restaurant during a very busy time, and I was impressed by how spotless and tidy it was. The staff member in charge of cleaning was constantly on the move, ensuring everything was fresh and well-maintained. While I wasn't overly impressed with the temperature of the burger—though it could have been due to my wait rather than the kitchen—I can't complain too much. The service was impressively quick given the crowd. The coffee was nice and hot as well. I would definitely consider returning to this location.

I visited the McDonald's at Gatwick Airport, which is conveniently located on the exit road from the South Railway Station. The food was typical of what you would expect from McDonald's, but I tried the special offer BBQ bacon stack burger, and it was excellent. The COVID-19 safety measures were well implemented, starting with a friendly greeting at the entrance to explain the process. I opted for table service, which was quick and efficient. Irene, the lovely staff member who brought my food, also made sure to get me extra sauces. I noticed she was also taking care of two families with young children who arrived at the same time. Overall, it was a top-notch experience with great service all around.
