Don Carbon - Horizon City

The food is great, but not customer service. After waiting for my order for about 15 minutes, they accidentally gave my order to someone else. I had to wait 20 minutes. They didn't have the curse to tell me what happened, I had to get up and ask what took so long. A worker said I'm sorry, we ran out of bread. Then another came and said the truth.

The food is okay, but I waited almost 45 minutes in the drive to get my order they should be a little prepared for busier days I could leave cuz I was between 2 other cars, so I had to wait!!!!???????????????

No darling. First, the soda tastes like the tap water. El Paso tap water is not good and taste funky, so did the soda. Prices are high, but food quality is not. I had a burger because the auto-dru visitor recommended it. It was a farewell. Bland and tasteless. The service in the drive was incredibly slow. I told myself that it was because all foods were made fresh, but the taste and quality did not support this theory. Such a shame.

Food was good! We went through the ride and they immediately began to speak Spanish. We guessed we didn't understand and it took us to finally get someone else in English. Again, the food was delicious, but don?t automatically assume that customers are all Hispanic.

Everything was delicious! ? I got the whole chicken with half lemon pepper, macaroni salad, charro beans. I highly recommend this place!
