The tables were dirty and crumbled, not a single napkin was provided. The request for a glass of water was refused. Prices absolutely do not match the quality of food, service and service. Today we visited this institution, by the way, we are not local, we stopped off the road for lunch, since there is an institution of this network in my city, so I have something to compare with. We made an order for 2 solyanka and 2 servings of pancakes with cheese, balyk and mushrooms. We wanted to order lychee-strawberry lemonade, the waitress thought it was a tropic, after we indicated on the menu, she asked the bartender if he could make it, maybe it was out of stock. It was not available. First they served one portion of pancakes, then one hodgepodge, a spoon was brought only when asked. Then they brought another portion of pancakes, and only then another sooyanka. Weird order of serving food. With pancakes, everything is ok, ordinary. In the hodgepodge there is not a portion of sour cream, but a hint of it, and there was no 10 grams, and it tastes like pickled cucumber, since it was he who made up 60 percent of the thick. And you can write that it was prepared according to the technical card, but as I wrote above, this is not the hodgepodge that I order from you but in my city. And you don’t have change with 200 UAH at the expense, you still need to look without change, I didn’t want to leave a tip because you didn’t like it. The staff laughed when I found it without change. Unpleasant.
