McDonald's - Horbourg-Wihr

I'm 57 years old and have MacDonalds since I was in school... and my visit today was THE WORST VISIT I've experienced on a MacDonalds all over the world. They were everywhere.. While I was there, two people bought food again, as it was cold when they were given it. and several people complained about the big wait. That's nice that it's so beautiful! My simple order of filet-o-fish and fries lasted over 30 minutes.. not arrived .. I asked for a refund and went out. I would AVOID DIESER PLACE until the new management / Franchisee is in place.. it is far down par for a MacDonnalds

Ordering food by machine and it was delivered to our table within a minute. But food was not good. Pommes were hard and coke tasted funny.

This place has kiosks for the order you can order in English. Our family loved that you could change your spices without a language barrier! Good food, quick service. Very clean with beautiful toilets.

You're quietly installed in your couch when suddenly the urge for an ice cream comes to you! What a chance the mcdonalds is right next!!!It's simply shameful to serve it to a customer! And when we ask to do the ice again, we are told that the machine is in pasteurization!I worked there in the mcdonalds for a few years!My spouse returns and fulmins by saying I will no longer go to this mcdonalds and when I see the ice.... neither one nor two I call them and I return. I'm being treated as a liar by telling me that I've never met my partner that the machine is in pasteurization and that he didn't ask for him to be reassembled!!!Frankly management should review his selection criteria a little!
