Dunkin' - Hopkinton

I was the only person in the shop at 3:45 pm. Waited 5 minutes for one of the two workers to stop filling call ahead orders long enough to make a medium hot coffee. First worker took the order. handed back my change without one word spoken. Second worker made the coffee. shouted out medium hot and walked away. As the only customer here I found their lack of courtesy troubling. Disappointing as this is Dunkins new store concept.

The food is constantly well prepared and yummy, employees hands over fantastic customer service. I loved the cleanliness and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I adore this restaurant a lot. there is a romantic ambiance. The kitcen is exeptionaly good. the service is powerful and the personel is trained. The pay is reasonable. I definitely recommend.

I tried to get a coffee at this location about 5 minutes ago. I was the only customer, the employee were standing around doing nothing, the employee while looking down probably at her phone greets me by saying ?what do you want?. I didn?t think she was talking to me so I didn?t answer, so she turns about and says ?I?m talking to a wall? then turns back to me and says ?do you want anything? with a nasty attitude. She was acting like she was in a rush and I was keeping her from something. Another customer walked in and she greeted him with the same nasty attitude. I left and went across the street to Starbucks. I would never greet one of my customers like that, if you don?t like what you do get another job lady!!!!! I would rather pay more and be treated like a person than deal with this Karen again! Lady with dark hair working the morning shift on 10/22/2020, sorry you hate people so much and decided to work in customer service lol

Not sure how many times this has happened, but it is way too many for me. We order ahead, and it never fails that something is missing from the order. Not sure how giving a review is going to help. I will give a review every time I order now. 9.2.2020 again ordered ahead and missing things in the order.
