Starbucks - Hopkins

The drive-thru line is often quite long, usually about ten cars deep. Unfortunately, they were out of oatmeal today, which is surprising because it’s actually really good. However, the staff taking orders in the drive-thru were very friendly, and my drink was prepared correctly.

The staff here is consistently friendly, and the service is exceptional! I just want to express my gratitude. We truly appreciate it!

This location is still having issues with timely service for customers inside. I ordered a cold brew with a splash of coconut milk, but it took twenty minutes to receive it. When it finally arrived, it appeared more like coconut milk with just a hint of cold brew. It seems that things are getting worse each month.

I just have to say that the morning staff are truly AMAZING and Corporate needs to give them some strong appreciation. I am a semi regular there and they know my order when I pull up to the drive thru. Absolutely love it have never had that before. Made my morning. So Starbucks Corporate please have either some in in the main office or local office show some love to the amazing staff at Hopkins Crossroads location to all the employees there!! Its a small store, but AMAZING staff!!!!

Excellent place to chill! I usually have white chocolate mocha with whip cream. It tastes like heaven!! Perfect blend of everything!! I don't know the person who made it for me today but it's extremely scrumptious.I genuinely thank you for the wonderful experience!!
