Contribuiți la feedbackI knew it was a bit slower, but it took an hour for my order. when it was there, there was no drink and two dollars in cash. I'm not even mad. I just want my money back. it was simply not a big service. I don't want the top of the delivery back. I called to ask and the person I spoke to say “we don’t do refunds” and offered me in business credit (my order came to order I have never ordered from here before and it was just terrible customer service.
I had not jimmy johns in about two years, but omg so delicious, I forgot how delicious they are Italian nightclub
I said no tomatoes, the receipt said no tomatoes, and there was still tomatoes on my sandwich. The workers were too busy talking to each other to even notice what was actually on the ticket for my sandwich.
Cleanest and most beautiful experience I had in a dae jimmy johns: I like that.
The guy behind the cash register has poor customer service skills. Is annoyed easily by questions. The guy behind the counter and making the sandwiches was friendly and helpful. Will not return.
