The Holiday gas station in Hopkins, Minnesota, has the best staff! KAREN is absolutely amazing; she consistently goes above and beyond in her role. I love seeing her cheerful smile. ANDY is a very close second; both of them work incredibly hard, whether it’s tidying up, helping customers, or keeping things running smoothly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, the manager, who is also very friendly and a delight to talk to. I just want to say thank you to Holiday for having such outstanding employees—great job, Karen, Andy, and Jessica!

I'm puzzled by the negative reviews this place receives. I find it quite decent when I visit. It's certainly not worse than other restaurants facing product and labor shortages. The staff has always been friendly to me. I can understand how people might get frustrated if they come in without knowing what they want, but they've usually been available when I've wanted to dine there. They used to be open 24 hours, but it feels more like a breakfast spot now rather than a late-night option, and their new hours reflect that shift.

If your business hours open up to 10 o'clock, then your door should remain unlocked until 10 o'clock if your employees want to go outside for a smoke break 5 minutes before 10 o'clock, it seems as if you need new employees with better work ethics and better sense from right of wrong. I buy thousands of dollars each month in fuel for the company I work for...... needsless to say that the holiday will no longer recover this business thanks to your choice of slackers. Hopefully her cigar was worth your business loosing money.

Probably the WORST Holiday around. I will go out of my way 5 miles to get to a Kwik Trip. The Holiday staff do not look at customers as customers, they look at them as an inconvenience, and a target for their social etiquette policing practice. For instance, this morning I wanted a coffee, and I had exact change to give her. I put 4 quarters down, and she says My hands right here in an unfriendly tone. I could not see her hands, the barrier was in the way as I was looking down. I would let it pass, but this is the 2nd time in a month she has made a cynical statement as if I was trying or had an intention to disrespect her in some way. I used to go here 4 times per week. But the last 6 months, it seems each time I go, a reason jumps out at me as to why I shouldn 't stop in there anymore (such as a bacteria invested condiment bar). This is the last time, I can just pass by and go somewhere else. And, if you look at my reviews I 'm not a complainer. I figure I spent about $80 bucks there in a month before....well, Holiday, that 's $80 bucks off your top line.
