Kfc - Hopewell

Was told extra crispy would take 6 minutes. Waited 45. They kept telling me 6 more minutes. Almost done. Meanwhile they steady handing chicken out the drive thru .oh that's right. Drive thru times affect thier job. So screw lobby customers, right?

I came at 9:20 and they said they had limited stuff left and don’t they close at 10:00 and I think that they don’t want to cook nothing I would give this a zero don’t come a 9:20

I normally get my food from here, nut lately the service has been very poor. Seems as if the some of the younger black employees are racist and very rude. My wife went there yesterday and everything she ordered seemed to out of. She ask for sweet tea and when she went to get it they took the dispenser, she was treated very badly and they presented a attitude towards her that was not warranted. I hope some people there teach the employees courtesy towards all customers not just their own race. Very disappointed.

Stopped in about 30 minutes ago, went inside. Chicken wasted. Seriously over cooked. They were not even accepting drive thru orders. At least 3 people working. I definitely think I need a refund! I didn't buy Chicken jerky! And it tastes as bad as it looks.

Great place to eat! The new manager has the place looking like a new store! Food is hot and fresh every time I visit. The staff was very friendly. I would eat there again!!
