Tim Hortons - Hope

From October 21st. Here, when we drove out of town to get to Kelowna, and there's nothing else on the road for many miles. That was the worst experience of a time or other place where we waited in a car break to serve. It was a 40 or so minute waiting. When we got into the window, we could see the Counter area, and there wasn't much going on. I can understand that it is Covid times, and everywhere at this time again suffered short staff, shortened open times, but complaints were made here before Covid began.

I visited the restaurant tonight and was disappointed to see that the staff was struggling with limited options on the menu. I hope that more people can return to work soon so that businesses can recover from these challenging times.

An rude narrator, waited 35 minutes for our order then after everything that it was cold, even oreder donuts and that was wrong, the cashier didn't even say that she just gave us a nasty look and gave us new donuts so if you... a cold breakfast and shift service we wish Tim Hortons in hope is the place to go

As a vegetarian, NO meat ordered on two English muffin sandwiches. He asked again how he was handed over the bag this morning on the ride. When opening the bag, both sandwiches had meat and had to be discarded. This is NOT good!!

July 10th 9:30 am. It took us a full 18 minutes from the time we drove into the line up for the drive through until we were served. The debit machine ket double entering my pin and it took me several corrections to get it...to go through. After receiving my coffees, I said it was terribly slow service and the woman snapped back because you don 't have tap! I stomped my brake pedal and said what did you say? And she repeated it and then said if you don 't like the service don 't come here! I was shocked! I pulled around to the front and walked in (there was also a huge line up) and asked another woman who the manager was and she told me the rude woman was. I then asked for the manager 's name and was told they couldn 't give out that information. At that, the rude woman again told me that if I didn 't like the service to not come again. Realizing what a brick wall I was facing, I left the building and here I am complaining here.... Trust me. I won 't go back. (Even if I ever travel back to Hope) What an embarrassment to a sweet little town!
