I just happened on Sakoon for dinner while passing thru the area, what an absolute gem!! The service, food, desire to please the customer were all superb. I had garlic naan, the baked eggplant dish, chicken karahi. Each dish was delicious. Great,...fresh flavors ingredients. The bell peppers onions in the chicken karahi were crisp, fresh, cooked perfectly. Not mushy dead as so often one finds. I ordered medium spiciness it was just that perfect. Service was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, very attentive. Have a meal here if you are within 50 miles of Hope BC you won 't be sorry!! Thank you, Sakoon!! Oh, and the after dinner chai tea was the perfect ending to a great meal.....
