Texas Diner - Hope Valley

The service was poor, and the front staff seemed inexperienced when it came to taking orders.

I triple-checked my order with them over the phone, and they even confirmed with the chef, yet they still got it wrong. The meal was bland and lacked flavor. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

The ribs were well-cooked, but no one particularly enjoyed the flavor. The chicken was extremely dry and greasy, and the garlic bread was also quite oily. Overall, we all found the meal to be pretty average.

Don't know if under new management or what, but this place has taken a dive recently. Such a shame.

Food was excellent, great service from the young lad. Was very disgusted in the 2 female staff members as they were touching there hair while dealing with food and didn’t seem to be doing any sort of work
