Pine Street Kitchen - HOOD RIVER

As a bakery I thought they were pretty disappointing. I was looking for a small cake cupcake option for my child to birthday and they had the maddie cupcake that seemed like a good option for him. the cupcake was a vanilla cake with fruit-comonate filling and buttercream frosting. when I came home, I realized that the strawberry on the top was very old shrunk and looked dry. when we ate it, the cake part of it was very stoney and hard. it seemed like this cupcake was several days old and I can't believe that they sold it to customers. as bakery I expected more freshly baked than what I received, so I would not recommend as decent bakery.

Great little bakery. I had a delicious chocolate croissant and bought a laaf of her 5 chalk brotes that was excellent. they enjoy a milk milk latte in their outdoor seating area.

This Bakery offered lunch items as well as sweets and fresh breads. I had the spring chicken salad salad. The greens were mixed and they added cucumbers, croutons and cabbage (maybe, not sure what it was) and topped with chicken salad. Good dressing that seemed homemade. It was lemon Vinaigrette and came with sliced bread. Mike had tuna melt and pickle wedge. Good! No seating yet due to covid.
