Very friendly staff. Fast service, quality food. Will make your breakfast sandwich just the way you like it. Pancakes very good. Food is higher quality than Denny’s or Zippy’s. Their Curry is very good. My favorite place. I visit them often after I’ve come off night shift. Thank you for being open during this tough time.
Looking for a solid affordable breakfast and you don’t care about pageantry, give this a try, the women on the grill reminded me of the classic old school diner waitress working very hard for her money, but friendly and genuine to all, like she had just invited you into her home. For 5 dollars I got a great 2 eggs, spam, sausage, and rice breakfast which was simple but all perfectly cooked. I added two more eggs and a giant scoop of extra rice for 3 more dollars and a coffee for a buck and I had a meal of champions that’s great for bigger appetites, and suitable for charing if you’re looking to stretch your funds a bit farther. The lounge eating area behind the kitchen reminded us of Bali as it was basically some tables in a parking lot, but all in all, it should be worth a visit if you wanted to save some cash.
My son and I ordered breakfast sandwiches and the ONLY issue was that we waited 15 minutes when there were only two customers ahead of us. Our sandwiches were great! Both the bagel and English muffin were toasted to perfection and the egg was cooked perfectly... just slightly oozing with creamy goodness. Bacon was a bit fatty but had a nice smoky flavour. Better price and fresher than Starbucks! Worth a try...
First off, I checked the reviews beforehand to confirm that this place only accepts cash, and I can assure you that it does—though none of the other reviews mentioned it. Miles prepared my breakfast, and I enjoyed my meal there. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a small kitchen setting, complete with a counter and a cozy waiting area. If you're driving, don’t expect to find parking nearby, but don’t let that discourage you. You're in Waikiki, so a short walk is no big deal. I was pleasantly surprised to find a meal for just $5. Finding a good meal at such a low price in Waikiki is quite rare! I’ve shared a picture of the current menu for you to check out the prices. Miles was also considerate enough to brew a fresh pot of coffee instead of tossing out the leftovers, so I got a complimentary cup. Highly recommended!
