Subway - Honolulu

One of the most disrespectful workers I have ever encountered. A young girl who was consistently rude, not only to customers, but also to her colleagues. Very disappointing.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant on 01/25/2022 at 10:20 (for reference)! Do not go here unless you are prepared to endure verbal abuse. I waited for about 30-40 minutes after ordering online, only to find out that my order was given to someone else when I arrived. Despite asking for my order to be remade, I was kept waiting outside while they served 5 other people first. I had to insist that they give me my order as I had already paid for it online. Another customer politely asked if my order could be made next since I had waited so long, but the staff member refused. When I called for help, things only escalated as they started yelling and swearing at me and my partner on the phone. The customer who was waiting left out of frustration. At one point, the staff even suggested that I make my own sandwich! Eventually, the sandwich was made, but it was a stressful and unpleasant experience. I understand that the staff may have been having a bad day, but their behavior was completely uncalled for. I am not sure if I will return to this place in the future. This was by far the worst service I have ever received, and it was completely unacceptable. Dear Subway, this experience was truly disappointing and not at all what I expected from your brand.

This is the worst Subway on the island! Warning: do not even order online here! My wife placed an online order here and they gave her food to someone else. They told her to wait until all other orders were completed before they would give her order. She waited over 30 minutes for a pickup order. They were rude and even threatened to show her camera footage to prove that someone else had taken her order.

I went in and said hi with a friendly ton. the girl behind the theke said hi with an unfriendly ton and looked at me with a face, which said why you were here she went away and went on the back, without saying a word and went on to begin empty salat. I was the only customer in the shop and no running sandwich prep was made. I felt despised and disrespected as a person and turned around and went. everything I want is fundamental: hi, what can I bring you or even hallo, I'm right back or maybe hi, let me finish back and I'm right back, but no, I'm just supposed to be standing there, just being a customer in charge and treated, as if I were an inconvenience and as if I didn't deserve any more reason. You can do so much better.

Employer is not wearing mask. and quality of restaurant is poor.. looks like employ's friends hanging over in the store.. owner need to take care store.
