Red Lobster - Honolulu

Although they were busy, our drinks were brought out quite quickly and they managed to get all our food out at the same time. The service was fast and attentive and our place in the restaurant was very comfortable. Red Lobster is still my favorite restaurant? Quick Tip for Date Night: Get the Admiral's Festival;

We celebrated the sweet 17. Birthday of our daughter!... and of course Father's Day!! Food was amazing!! Only that was, they had mixed our Open Door reservation. (Wrong name, equal time and amount of people, etc... Otherwise everything was good!! They also brought a special birthday dessert and staff sang Happy Birthday to my daughter. I would recommend a reservation via Open Table. They are very busy during dinner and we did not have to wait in this long line.

It just went to a dinner while on honeymoon and the staff was amazing. The food was also amazing and I don't even like seafood, so I had the steak, but my wife was in heaven with all seafood options. The waitress (Krystal) then bought a dessert for us to mark our honeymoon with a small congratulation message. Thank you for making our honeymoon, which is something special!

Thank you! My first experience at Red Lobster was fantastic and felt like a delightful festival! We took full advantage of the Bottomless Shrimp Monday night special, which is only $25 per person for high-quality shrimp. There was an abundance of fresh, plump, and delicious shrimp prepared in four different flavors. My personal favorite was definitely the Wood-Grilled Shrimp, which had an amazing smoky texture reminiscent of barbecued food. They were so delicious that I had to stop eating before my brain could catch up with my stomach! Our server was excellent and very friendly; he even packed a few refills of the Wood-Grilled Shrimp for me to take home, which made for a great dinner the next day. He also provided a nice hot sauce to enjoy with the fantastic shrimp. Just a quick tip: skip the cookies!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant tonight. Even with a reservation for 7 PM, we were met with attitude and cold glares from the front desk clerk. After we ordered our appetizers and main courses, we waited about 8 minutes for some mediocre appetizers. That's when the long wait began; it took Red Lobster 70 minutes to serve our main dishes. After numerous assurances that our food would be out in 10 minutes, we finally received it after waiting for an hour. The lobster was rubbery and barely warm, the pasta was bland, and the shrimp was just okay. The rice was cold, straight from the fridge, and there was no attempt at quality control during our meal. When we inquired about the delay, we were told that two large parties were celebrating, but the restaurant wasn’t even half full. If they can’t handle a not-so-busy evening, I can’t imagine how they would manage during a full service. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for dining options unless you’re prepared to spend two hours waiting for cold, flavorless food.
