This is the best Pieology on Oahu! The manager and staff are fantastic. My family absolutely loves this place. Visiting here feels like ordering large pizzas from other places, but everyone gets exactly what they want.

First time to try cauliflower dough and was pleasantly surprised. It looked crunchy but it was actually soft towards the center too. Very flavorful. Pizza has fresh ingredients, a nice salty pepperoni, stretchy mozzarella, and fresh basil made each bite aromatic. I loved that you can choose all the ingredients you want as you can make the perfect combination of ingredients. Ask for the parmesean from the start of the cheese section, as I missed that and didn't see until the topping station. The pesto was the perfect final touch!
