Pho 777 - Honolulu

My tall friend and I really enjoy this restaurant. The service is excellent, and we especially love the veggie pho and vegetarian spring rolls. The waitstaff is also quite entertaining!

We came by 3:20 pm after checked in at our hotel, a 15 minutes walk distance from hotel and I was so happy to find this place opened and opened for dine in since most places closed for two or three hours before dinner time, I ordered cold rice noodle with BBQ pork and pounded shrimp, and my friend ordered ox tail soup, that was perfect, decent meal.

I had the chicken pho, and it was excellent! The vegetables were incredibly fresh. I would definitely order it again.

Located near Waikiki, I was worried that the closure of Viet Cafe in the McCully Shopping Center meant I would never find good Pho again. However, my colleague and I visited this spot for lunch today and I was pleasantly surprised. While this restaurant won’t dethrone my favorite, it's definitely a convenient option from my home, and the prices are reasonable. The broth was quite tasty. The beef slices were a bit tough, and I wished there were more in the large bowl. The noodles were decent, and the fresh herbs added a nice touch. Overall, I’d rate it a seven—definitely not bad!

The pho serving was a bit small and definitely not enough broth. A little sweet. The beef stew was excellent, but the beef was quite fat. Bread was hot fresh and fantastic. The rice cake and the egg preparation were also really good.
