Merriman's Honolulu

During a visit to several islands, my wife and I stayed with Merriman as they advertised with local ingredients. We were most pleasantly surprised by the quality of our meal! From the appetizers and cocktails to the main course and the desert we were very satisfied. We enjoyed many beautiful restaurants during our vacation, but Merriman's was our favorite. In any case, look at the Maui onion soup and Merrimans Mai Tai!

So glad we were in the area to try this restaurant! such a great space with great staff and live music. so many of the menu items have an interesting twist to classics without getting too complicated. i had taro hummus as an appetizer and i was absolutely blown away, and the fresh caught fish of the day was fantastic with the ginger pesto topping!

Oh my goodness! The food is wonderful, only surpassed by the wait staff!

The quality of the food was incredible! We went to my friends' birthday dinner. We ordered the filet mignon and the Macadamia nuts encrusted mahi mahi.
