I had the barbecue pork and chicken rice, and it was absolutely delicious. Having grown up in Hong Kong, I can confidently say that this place is the real deal. They also offer lunch specials for $6.50, which is great if you're trying to save some money. I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking an authentic Cantonese experience.

Have the 3 choice plate: roasted duck, crispy pork and char siu. delicious and cheap!

I've got the 11 best. I liked the taste of the duck, but I don't think it was worth the 11. the flesh on the duck was also a little thin.

YUMMMM what a great find! 6 for lunch, can't beat this price and so tasty! Char siew, chicken and rice were soooo delicious, Chinatown is a dump but this spot is a GEM! They take credit card too!

I've been a regular at Mei Mei Chinese BBQ for a while now and just realized I've never shared my thoughts on it. I really enjoy their Roast Duck and Roast Pork; the quality of the meats is consistently excellent, especially the Roast Pork, which doesn’t have an excessive amount of fat like some other places do. It's a small stand located inside Maunakea Marketplace, but the flavors definitely exceed its size! If you're in the mood for a plate lunch, the prices are quite reasonable as well. They offer a variety of meats including Roast Pork, Char Siu, Roast Duck, Shoyu Chicken, Roast Chicken, and Char Siu Pork Spareribs. My top favorites are the Roast Duck, Roast Pork, and Char Siu Pork Spareribs. I often run into some of my Yelp friends here, especially Paul C., as we tend to be in Chinatown around the same time. If Paul and I are both getting our Roast Meats here, it must be good, right?
