I have to visit the farmers' market whenever I get the chance! It's my favorite place. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious. It's definitely a must-try for vegans on O’ahu!

We always make a stop at the Kakaako Farmers Market to grab some delicious food. Everything we've tried there has been amazing! I highly recommend the Birria Bowl, empanadas, and horchata. I love that it's a family-run business where everyone pitches in to help. I recently visited again in January 2023 to sample new offerings. My husband suggested I try the dessert, and even though I ordered a lot already, the owner kindly gave me one for free. I thought that was a really sweet gesture, and I truly appreciate it. I updated my previous rating from July 10, 2021.

I ordered the OG (corn, butter, mayonnaise, and cheese) and a Rellena de papa (a breadball filled with ground beef, deep-fried, and served with a side of Salsa Rosada). The OG was tasty, but more of a snack than a meal due to its size (not its calorie content). I wasn't a fan of the beef flavor, but I really enjoyed the Rellena de papa overall.

I absolutely have to visit the farmer's market whenever I can! It's my favorite spot; the owners are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. It's a definite must-try for vegans visiting O'ahu!
