Ordered Wagyu hamburger steak plate. It was very generous amount with lots of toppings. Macaroni potato salad was just right texture and very tasty. And Japanese pickles (fukujin-zuke) helped change pallet. One thing if I can add my opininion is there are too many flavors on the hamburger steak. This is an oroshi daikon ponzu sauce plate. I think the onion and mushroom saute can be an option. So we can enjoy the oroshi and ponzu flavor much better.

Had high hopes for this place since they were the magic behind the former Home Bar Grill, but my first visit was a little bit of a let down. I'm not worried though. They literally just opened so I think they are still working out the kinks. Got the Wafu Hamburger Steak (5 oz. This place is the best hidden gem in the heart of Kakaako for an upscale gourmet-style plate lunch. The daily specials often sell out quickly, so it's best to order in advance. With fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced seasoning, their dishes taste as if you were dining at a Michelin five-star restaurant. Highly recommend! ✨✨✨✨✨

I can’t quite recall what I ordered on my first visit, but it was absolutely delicious! Make sure to call in your order as soon as possible to get the amazing Speshos! Otherwise, the line can get quite long, just like at any popular restaurant! I really wish I didn’t live so far away. I’ll definitely be back after my next doctor’s appointment, haha!

I ordered the smoked meat plate, which included fried chicken and spam. The smoked meat was perfectly seasoned, balancing just the right amount of spice without overpowering the flavor. The crispy chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy on the inside. The spam complemented the spice of the smoked meat nicely, creating a great combination. Just a heads-up: this place closes at 2 PM, so make sure to arrive early and consider calling in your order first.
