Chili's Grill - Honolulu

My wife and I ordered the loaded baked potato soup, and it was absolutely delicious. They don't always have it available, but when they do, it's fantastic. We had it delivered to our hotel, so I can only imagine how great it would taste in person. Chili's is always a great choice for comfort food.

However, after waiting 50 minutes, the appetizers finally arrived, and she hadn't checked in with us once after we ordered right away, knowing we wanted to give ample time. When the appetizers came, I politely asked if we could have our main courses to go since we had to leave in about 15 minutes. She said that would be fine. But after another 30 minutes, she brought the main courses out on regular dine-in plates. I reminded her that we needed them to go, and she asked if I wanted to box them myself, saying she was really busy (even though there were about 10 servers and only 6 customers). I replied that I didn't want to do it myself, so she stormed off to have the kitchen staff handle it, returning with a noticeably rude demeanor. When I finally got to eat while driving through rush hour traffic, I discovered the food was barely even cooked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Food was excellent as was the service .but the washrooms were discusting filthy, urine on the floor by the urinal .the sink had mold on the silicone .the taps were rusted .and the washroom smell you could smell them down the hall .the ladies was just asbad. I was amazed Chilis is a huge chain with high standards .someone dropped the ball here.

I used to love Chili's back in the 90s. I grew up near the original location in Dallas and would go there after every high school football game. Unfortunately, they've removed all the old favorites from the menu, and they no longer offer free chips and salsa. They don’t even have the Awesome Blossom anymore! There was no greeter or host at the door, and the menus were just paper. The floors and tables looked dirty, the food portions were small and mediocre, and I had to search for an employee to seat me. After walking around, I finally found someone to help. It’s really disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.

We visited a couple of days ago for a friend's Bday. The food was great but the service substandard. Our main waitress was ok but she was very busy training a new gal who didn't follow instructions. We felt like we were being ignored. We had to get upfor our own napkins. The wait staff need to train and pay more attention to their customers.
