I ordered a custom cake from this store for my son's birthday last week, specifically a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. However, on the day of the celebration, after we sang happy birthday and cut the cake, we realized it wasn't what we had ordered. I returned the cake along with the decorative pack to the store to request a refund. To my disappointment, they refused to issue one and told me my only options were to take a cake from the cooler or receive a store credit. I wasn't satisfied with either choice; I just wanted my money back. Ultimately, I felt forced to accept the store credit to avoid losing the money I had spent on a cake that never arrived, which ended up ruining my son's birthday. I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this establishment. I only gave one star to share my experience; I wouldn’t have otherwise.

This place is super busy on the 31st of each month! The staff are kind and pretty efficient that the line moves quickly. There's lots of parking and my children like to go here after eating dinner at one of the nearby eateries because it's convenient. I like that there's indoor and outdoor seating available to relax and enjoy your items. Maybe next time I'll remember to take a photo.

If you find yourself in the restaurant when the clock strikes 10 PM and they haven't served you yet, expect to be asked to leave. There's a complete lack of understanding for customers. The management is poor, allowing a line to form outside and making people wait for no reason.

Wanted something super sweet and ice creamy and cold one night. Didn't want to go in and wait forever for them to make my blended mocha blast so I called it in and they made it! Took my doggo with me to pick it up and they gave her a pupcup!!

This place serves delicious ice cream and offers outstanding service. The staff is incredibly friendly and more than willing to let you sample the various flavors. Located conveniently next to several restaurants and the Navy Exchange store, this Baskin-Robbins is in an ideal spot. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves ice cream.
