The food itself is outstanding from the portion sizes and quality to the flavors and presentation. It's everything you would hope for in an Italian restaurant. Our server, Jackie, provided us with a world-class customer service experience. The rest of the staff were great as well, except for the female host at the front desk. When I inquired about the restroom, she bluntly answered, “the keys are all gone,” without any sincerity. In contrast, when I asked Jackie about it, she explained that the keys were either in use or missing, but generously offered us her personal key, emphasizing she would need it back. This showed she genuinely cared about our experience. I suggest finding a different host, as her demeanor doesn't align with the restaurant's high standards. My visit was on December 30, 2022, from 5 PM to 6:30 PM, and the gentleman at the entrance managing reservations and walk-ins did an excellent job. UPDATE: I made a reservation this year, and the entire experience was much more streamlined. Every staff member was working seamlessly as soon as the doors opened. Their reservation system is very organized. Chi was our server, and she was delightful, professional, and personable. All of our food was excellent, and Chi explained the menu thoroughly and quickly, leaving no questions unanswered. The timing of the courses was perfect, and the sashimi scallops were a standout favorite! My girlfriend has a severe peanut allergy, and the manager coordinated to ensure her safety by marking her dish with a stick labeled ‘allergy,’ which was reassuring and a great way to communicate with us. Additionally, I accidentally left my shopping bag behind, but they set it aside for me and even stapled my reservation ticket to it to ensure they wouldn't forget. I’m changing my review from 4 stars to 5. All the staff, food, and ambiance were wonderful. Highly recommended!

Ricky and Jamie were fantastic! The food and drinks were wonderful, but the service was outstanding! They truly went the extra mile to make our evening special. Our kids enjoyed it too. Everything we had was delicious, but the hospitality really elevated the experience. Thank you once again, Ricky and Jamie!

Delicious food, great ambiance and service. They are great with toddlers as well. We have two, and they made it easy to have them there. The bread is so good. Refillable drinks were refilled without us needing to ask.

This is a very good Italian restaurant in Waikiki just a stones throw from Kuhio beach. Excellent seafood pasta dishes, pizza, and other Italian bites. Very friendly service. Can be a bit hard to get a table when raining, but if not, very nice outdoor seating.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food and found the staff to be incredibly friendly. The outdoor seating, complemented by the Hawaiian breeze, is truly remarkable. While the prices are on the higher side, every penny is worth it. One standout feature for me was the open kitchen; I could see the chefs working and they were all smiling, which made me smile too. There was nothing to complain about. Even though the restaurant was bustling with people, it didn't feel overcrowded at all. We were seated near a busy street, yet the noise from the traffic was hardly noticeable. It's clear that the employees take pride in their work, so hats off to the management for hiring, training, and retaining such talent. From now on, I will compare all other restaurants to this one, as they have something truly special happening there. I encourage you to visit and discover the source of all that magic for yourself.
