Artico Ice As - Honningsvaag

Great iced in one of the most northern cities in the world. they offer them a warm coat to not freeze in the ice room even in summer. the cocktails are good and they are served in an ice cube (that keeps the drink fresh!

Beautiful experience, friendly staff. but sooo cold!

Our cruise brought us to Honnesvag, which is the northernmost port in Norway. Artico Ice Bar has two parts. In the front area of the store, they have a two story shop selling Christmas decorations and gifts. The bar is actually at the back. You get into a heavy snow suit to get to the ice bar. The quality of the products were good. The prices reasonable. Since the store was in the harbour, we took a walk up the road. The buildings reminded me of the buildings in small towns in Newfoundland and Northwest Territories.

Visita obligada si vas a Mageroya, isla donde está el Cabo Norte. Gloria y Jose son encantadores, el bar es muy interesante de ver y la tienda de regalos que tienen, sin duda, la mejor de toda Noruega.
