The restaurant is located in the basement. It may be a bit old, but the food quality is still good. The breakfast menu offers a variety of options, whether you prefer Chinese or Western dishes. Some of my favorites are congee, noodles, and fried eggs. I used to dine here 10 years ago and although I don't come often now, I still enjoy the experience, especially when I'm not in a rush.

The restaurant is quite elegant, with plenty of room and not too crowded. The only downside is that they do not offer Wi-Fi service. Due to the location in the cellar, the cable reception is not perfect. However, I have heard that they have recently completed renovations and have improved the rooms, Wi-Fi, and services significantly.
