Contribuiți la feedbackWe passed a few times before we discovered the sign! I have a selection of things to take away, sticky mushroom kewers, mock chickens and some oversized spring rolls. the mushrooms were delicious and the mock huh was pretty good, nice to get a few protein. some of them have been marked in English, but it was mostly point and hope for the best! Chinese food, all vegetarian, quite cheap.
The other location is here [hidden link] Food for the locals retro. No frills. Friendly folk not so used to foreigners but very welcoming. Simple English menu. Hong Kong 's most reasonably priced dim sum. Great for breakfast. I have been coming here for many years. In the same street you can find great incense real agarwood lumps of sandalwood. I tried 1) sesame pudding not too sweet! right in front of place! no guilty feeling at all! felt healthy really authentic sesame taste — def it will buy again 2) sleeps fried veg roll really crispy beancurd roll!
They have lunch take-away specialties for only $25hk, the suppe, rice and a duck included. I tried the aubergine with bean curd, which was nothing special, but it was a good size portion with many different vegetables. when they're in the hku, they should stop.
I don't get any joy to report the order below. I regret it, though a factual representation of events. I'm here tonight. as the list says, this place is only taken away. When I arrived, I waved and greeted the dame behind the theke and the man in the kitchen by saying hi in cantonese. then I asked the dame behind the counter to consider a pressure in Chinese (traditional and simplified). I explained what does and what does not go into a vegan meal. she didn't care for the search. good enough. I then turned to a simple visual representation that I surrounded with a smiling face on a side and a sad face on the other, with each face surrounded by the appropriate means of life. with this strategy in hongkong I have had great success, which was supported by the consistently helpful disposition of the hong kong restaurant staff and customers. It didn't work this time when the woman refused to help me. I then tried to ask the man in the kitchen if he would take a look. he refused. So I left starving and unbreeding to try somewhere else. the timing is quite ironic that I went to lunch today after kwang bo. after the review I published there, the whole restaurant tried to help me eat something. up and down.
