La Paloma - hong-kong

Churros are one of my favorite Spanish desserts, and the ones at this restaurant were incredibly delicious. The crispy fried doughsticks were perfect when dipped in chocolate and paired with ice cream. Don't miss out on trying the Pulpo A La Gallega, the tender octopus leg with potatoes was truly amazing.

I have been to several Spanish restaurants, but the food at this restaurant is the best I have ever had. Although the prices are a bit higher than average, the quality and delicious food make it worth it! The restaurant has a trendy and cozy atmosphere. The only downside was the music being a bit too loud, making it hard to have a conversation. However, the bartender was friendly and we had a great time joking around. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one was delicious. Overall, no complaints - a fantastic dining experience!

La Paloma is an authentic Spanish tapas bar located in SYP. Named after a famous nightclub in Barcelona, this restaurant is known for being one of the most authentic Chiringuito tapas bars in Hong Kong. Led by the head of the Asian Spanish Kitchen Association, they specialize in Spanish favorites such as huevos, paella, roasted pigeon, and Sangria cocktails. The large number of local Spanish diners is a testament to their high standards. I tried their dinner menu, starting with juicy and fresh oysters, creamy foie gras, and a roasted beef baguette cooked over a burner. The turtle "tagliatelle" surprised me with its taste similar to Carbonara pasta, and the cattle cheek empanadas tasted like fried dumplings.

Excellent Spanish brunch to fill you to the edge.. Delicious tapas offers from chorizo, garlic shrimps, flambé scallops, Iberian ham and sunked tomatoes bruschetta, pork crow, horseradish patatas bravas.. all with a squid paella and cheesecake with raspberry sorbet. Fresh, tasty ingredients and excellent service (especially to throw the Cava for the Free Flow!

If you are Tapas-lover, do not miss it. Their a-la-carte menu is also nice but I think signature of this restaurant is tapas.
