Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Homewood

I dine here quite frequently. While there have been a few times I wasn't completely satisfied, overall the quality is quite good. The food is very delicious, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work! My only piece of constructive criticism is that I would appreciate more than one pack of oyster crackers when I order soup. I usually order a bowl, and after spending $5 for a sizable bowl of soup, I expect more than just one pack of crackers. Other than that, everything is great!

Their subs are far more delicious than they have any right to be. I was amazed at how consistently wonderful they were. If you’ve ever felt that other sub sandwiches don’t compare to the real thing, you’ll realize it’s because Potbelly serves authentic, quality subs.

This is one of the best Potbelly locations I've visited! As vegetarians, we informed the staff of our dietary preferences, and I believe the manager stepped in to help. Since the sandwich maker was busy with another customer, she took it upon herself to prepare our sandwiches, changing her gloves and knife and thoroughly cleaning the area. Her outstanding customer service was evident and seemed to influence the other employees as well.
