Panda Express - Homewood

I gave this restaurant a rating of 4 out of 5 instead of a full 5 because of some inconsistency in their food quality. I order from here almost every weekday, and I've occasionally received incomplete dishes, missing items like super greens and mushroom chicken, or the rice has been undercooked and too crisp. However, on 3/23/22 at 1:15 PM, the cook really delivered exceptional quality. The Kung Pao Chicken was perfectly spicy and seasoned, reaching just the right level of flavor. The vegetables were spot on, especially the zucchini and paprika. The food was expertly prepared, with a wonderful charred and smoky flavor that gave it a grilled meat taste, thanks to the chef’s excellent wok skills. I didn’t take any photos since I finished my meal quickly, but it definitely looked appetizing!

I've had a negative experience with a restaurant from Bcuz that served really dry food, but at this place, the food was moist and hot, just as it should be. Great job, Panda!
