Jimmy John's - Homewood

The manager and staff were very impolite, and when I informed them of a mistake on my sandwich, they insisted that they were never wrong and were perfect. They frequently make errors, but I usually overlook them due to the fast-paced dining experience. However, when I spoke up this time, their response was dismissive. Let the reviews speak for themselves, this place is not recommended!

While waiting for my oil change, I decided to walk over to the neighboring Jimmy John's. Intrigued by the new menu item, the Jimmy Cubano, I opted for the Little John instead. Not being familiar with the Jimmy John's experience, I was surprised to find that the Jimmy Cubano was not as big as expected. I was disappointed by the amount of meat on my sandwich and felt that I did not get my money's worth. I spent $11.50 on a meal that left me unsatisfied; I could have gotten more for my money at Subway. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

They close before 8pm even though their hours of operation state 8pm.

So apparently today for lunch, a customer was asked to leave because he was not wearing a mask. Customer expresses his point of view on the subject, and politely agrees to leave. A Jimmy John employee yells out white privilege not knowing the nationality of the lost customer leaving. This is how you treat your customers, and allow your employees to act?

Customer service is horrible, no receipt was given!
